Mr. Colin Cole is the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Cole Group. Mr. Cole oversees business strategy and day-to-day management. Mr. Cole received his B.A. in African American Studies from The University of Iowa. In addition to his current position, he is entering his 10th year in the NFL. Mr. Cole spent time with the Minnesota Vikings, Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, and the Seattle Seahawks prior to joining the Carolina Panthers before the 2013 NFL season. This past season Mr. Cole helped the Panther defense to the 2nd overall ranked defense in the National Football League.

Before entering the National Football League (NFL), Colin was a four-year football letterman as a defensive tackle for The University of Iowa. While there, he played all four seasons, two as a starter, and earned first-team All-Big Ten and second-team All-American honors as a senior, and third-team selection as a junior. In addition to Colin's responsibilities as a student and athlete, he was selected as the team representative for The University of Iowa's I-Club - a student-athlete advisory committee dedicated to promoting community service and presenting student-athlete concerns to the Iowa Athletic Administration.
In high school, Colin was a two-sport letterman student-athlete in football and wrestling. Colin holds the Florida state title in wrestling, heavyweight division from South Plantation High School, located in Ft. Launderdale, Florida. He also had the distinction of being named All-County and All-State in football and wrestling.
